ATM / G.SHDSL
G.SHDSL combines ADSL and SDSL features for communications over two or four copper wires. G.SHDSL is designed for businesses that require high-speed data transfer in both directions. This technology moves data farther and faster than earlier solutions. Also G.SHDSL has been developed as a guaranteed service compared to ADSL technology.G.SHDSL allows different service applications to be tailored for medium-sized businesses, small businesses, telecommuters, and home offices.
We are delivering Ethernet ATM/G.SHDSL solution that enables service providers / mobile operators to reach more customers with higher-margin and premium DSL services.
EFM
Ethernet First Mile (EFM) uses bundles of copper pairs to increase speed, resilience and reduce installation time. It uses sophisticated hardware bonding of multiple copper pairs to achieve high symmetrical speed with SLA. By bonding multiple copper pairs, this technology is resilient to partial pairs loss and will simply run at a lower speed until fixed. While EFM provides low cost leased line technology with huge cost savings over traditional fibre leased lines,It bridges the gap from traditional TDM services such as T1/E1 and low speed data access. EFM is able to deliver an extremely reliable, high speed internet connection at relatively low cost. EFM is also suitable for providing reliable VPN and VoIP services. One of the great things about EFM is it can grow with the needs of your business. As your business expands, more pairs can be added to deliver higher bandwidth speeds. Our EFM routers can provide 1,2 and 4 copper pairs to deliver synchronous Ethernet speeds from 5.7 Mbps to 22Mbps to ideally serve businesses situated within 5 km of the serving exchange.
VDSL
ATM ( Asynchronous Transfer Mode) has been advocated as an important technology for the wide area interconnection of hetrogeneous networks. In ATM networks, the data is divided into small, fixed length units called cells. The cell is 53 bytes. Each cell contain a 5 byte header which comprises of identification, control priority and routing information. The rest 48 bytes are the actual data. ATM does not provide any error detection operations on the user payload inside the cell, and also provides no retransmission services, and only few operations are performed on the small header. ATM switches support two kinds of interfaces: user-network inerface (UNI) and network-node interface (NNI). UNI connects ATM end systems (hosts, routers etc.) to an ATM switch, while an NNI may be imprecisely defined as an interface connection two ATM switches together.
